Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking a Vetting Administrator in Leeds to join the Security & Resilience team. You will manage a varied caseload of vetting applications, ensuring accurate records and timely progress while working with employees, HR and external stakeholders in line with established processes.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, process-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workloads independently and proactively.
• Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining records.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Managing routine vetting cases from application through to completion.
• Supporting UK Security Vetting activities including renewals and aftercare.
• Maintaining accurate personnel security records and monitoring clearance expiry dates.
• Responding to vetting queries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters.
• Supporting reporting, audit requirements and continuous improvement.
