Job summary

OMNIA Training in the UK is seeking a Security Risk Manager to help deliver transformative collective training for the British Army. You will operate in a matrix structure, reporting to OMNIA Training Design Branch and functionally to Raytheon UK Engineering Management, ensuring security risks are identified, tracked and mitigated across the programme.

The role focuses on Information Assurance and Cyber Security, while supporting physical and personnel security elements as required.

Qualifications

• Security Risk Management expertise across defence programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Information Assurance and cyber security.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Input, management and dissemination of security risks across OMNIA and reporting to stakeholders per governance model.
• Support Information Assurance with MoD Secure by Design implementation.
• Maintain artefacts like Security Risk Management Plan, Security Risk Register, and KPI indicators.
• Support artefact development for MoD assurance (NIST 800-30/37/53).
• Engage with partners, suppliers and authorities on IA topics.
• Contribute to Security Working Groups and stakeholder forums.
