Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to maintain and service residential security systems across the Central London area. You will deliver high-quality customer service, assess and fix issues, and work as part of a high-performing team in a Walker role where a driving license is not required.

Applicants should have Fire & Security industry experience and be comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting ladders. Preferred qualifications include 18th edition/ NVQ/ City & Guilds / BTEC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire & Security industry and a customer-facing role.
• Able to handle physical duties including lifting ladders.
• Qualification to industry standards is preferred (18th edition, NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC).

Responsibilities

• Service residential security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control).
• Identify and rectify problems to avoid issues.
• Complete reports and certificates accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
