Job summary

Johnson Controls in the UK is recruiting a Systems Engineer to deliver maintenance and service across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems for high-profile sites.

You will own engineering service activities, coordinate with customers and internal teams, participate in the on-call rota, and maintain accurate documentation and billing records.

The role requires travel and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated enterprise-level systems including CCTV and access control.
• Experience with Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations.
• Ability to travel and be away from home.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services across CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm maintenance.
• Own engineering service activities, maintenance, and call-outs.
• Coordinate between internal teams and customers and maintain records.
• Participate in on-call rota for 24/7 support.
• Document all project and service activities.
