Job summary

Integral UK Ltd seeks a New Business Development Manager in security to grow the security portfolio across multiple sectors. You will identify opportunities, manage leads and build a robust pipeline for ongoing growth.

The role requires proven security sales experience, a consultative approach and strong knowledge of electronic security systems. A full UK driving license is essential and a competitive package includes car allowance and OTE bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven electronic security sales experience.
• Technical, solution sales background.
• Consultative sales approach with knowledge of electronic security systems.
• PC literacy with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new security business to meet targets.
• Respond to and track all sales leads and prospects.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain sales reports.
• Build relationships with new customers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of quotations to hit monthly targets.
