Job summary

Smart Search Technical Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Security Business Development Manager to drive growth across London and the Home Counties. You will focus on Access Control and CCTV solutions, building relationships with consultants, contractors and end users to win new business.

The role offers autonomy, a strong commission structure, and progression within a growing security specialist. A proven sales background in security and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience within the electronic security industry.
• Strong knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Existing industry relationships would be advantageous.
• Commercial awareness with ability to price and negotiate projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across London and the surrounding counties.
• Selling Access Control and CCTV solutions to new and existing clients.
• Building long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, facilities managers and end users.
• Pricing and preparing quotations for new projects.
• Meeting clients on-site and presenting security solutions.
• Attending networking events and developing new business opportunities.
• Working closely with the delivery team to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
