Job summary

Treehouse Hotel London is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor to lead a small team of two Security Officers and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

You will oversee patrols, CCTV, access control and incident reporting while supporting fire safety and health and safety compliance. The role requires an SIA licence where required, strong communication and a calm, professional approach to security.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel security experience, ideally at supervisor or team-leader level.
• Experience leading colleagues and responding to security incidents.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control and emergency procedures.
• Strong communication, organisation and reporting skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach, with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop two Security Officers.
• Oversee hotel patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control and key management.
• Investigate incidents, maintain accurate reports and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Support fire safety, emergency procedures and health and safety compliance.
• Maintain security records and follow up actions through systems such as Shield Safety.
• Identify risks, challenge poor practice and recommend improvements.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver a safe and exceptional guest experience.
