Job summary

Mitie in London seeks an experienced Security Team Leader to join our security operation. You will lead a team of officers, drive high performance, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service in a corporate setting.

You will act as the first contact for incidents, perform patrols and inspections, monitor access control and CCTV, and deliver briefings and coaching. A valid SIA licence and CCTV qualification are essential, with prior security leadership experience.
