Job summary

Treehouse Hotel London is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor to lead two Security Officers and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will oversee day-to-day security operations, patrols, access control and incident investigations.

You will work closely with hotel departments, support fire safety and health and safety compliance, maintain security records, and identify risks while upholding Cairn Group standards of guest

Qualifications

• Hotel security experience, ideally in supervisor or team-leader role.
• Experience leading colleagues and responding to security incidents.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control and emergency procedures.
• SIA licence may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop two Security Officers.
• Oversee hotel patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control and key management.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support fire safety, emergency procedures and health and safety compliance.
