Britsafe Limited in Wrexham is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee a busy gatehouse, manage a team of security officers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with high standards of site security and safety.

The role offers a Monday–Friday day pattern, with a 06:30 start, and requires a proven leader who can perform under pressure, maintain records, and provide professional service to visitors and staff.

• Previous supervisory experience in a security or gatehouse environment, OR a minimum of 5 years' continuous experience within a gatehouse-type environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A professional, reliable and responsible approach to work.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
• The ability to work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced environment.

SECURITY SUPERVISOR – GATEHOUSE

Location: Wrexham
Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 06:30 – 15:30
• Friday: 06:30 – 12:00

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Security Supervisor to oversee a busy gatehouse operation in Wrexham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of security officers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the gatehouse and maintaining the highest standards of site security, safety and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a confident leader who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to deliver an efficient and professional security service.
