Synergy Security Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our on-site team in Waltham Cross. The role requires 1–2 years of industry experience, an SIA licence, and strong English communication skills.

You will supervise staff, manage rosters and incidents, and liaise with management to deliver reliable protection for clients across multiple sites. The position is permanent with weekday and weekend shifts.

Schedule: Shift Based - Weekdays & Weekend, Days and Nights

Rate: £16.27ph
