Responsibilities

• Keep site documentation up to date (AIs, risk assessments, SOPs).
• Conduct regular site inspections, welfare checks and quality reviews.
• Lead investigations into incidents and employee matters as required.
• Deliver inductions, training and refresher sessions for the team.
