Job description

A key member of the Operational team responsible for managing a team of Security Officers to ensure the highest level of security and safety of both customer buildings and personnel is met.

You will be working Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 17:30, 45 hours per week.

Main Duties:

• Supervising the security team, providing exceptional first line manned guarding to the assigned contract
• Ensuring that all duties are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
• Providing an exceptional level of service to all staff and visitors to the site
• Being a point of contact for all emergency situations
• Operating and controlling the CCTV system
• Ensuring regular patrols of the site while maintaining standards
• Providing duty manager cover on weekends on rotation
• Managing team rotas and Timegate systems
• Supervising the security team to ensure compliance with legislation such as H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• SIA License (Door Supervision) - essential.
• An understanding of a Manned Guarding environment.
