The Hoxton, Edinburgh

We are excited to open our first UK hotel outside of London, located in the vibrant city of Edinburgh. We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in launching our brand in this new location. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will support daily housekeeping operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

The Edinburgh hotel will feature 214 rooms inspired by Georgian heritage, a main restaurant, a spacious lobby & bar, a large event space, and The Apartment — our unique meetings and events concept.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to brand standards, presenting a spotless, welcoming environment.
  • Support the hotel’s operation by providing memorable, clean, and well-organized rooms.
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth.
  • Conduct hands-on training to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Maintain full knowledge of health & safety procedures and policies.
  • Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, assisting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and external cleaning providers to maintain service quality.
