Job summary

Ser- is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business across Bristol and the South West from Exeter. You will promote electronic security solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Intruder alarms and maintenance packages to commercial, education, healthcare and industrial clients.

The role combines hunting new customers with growing existing accounts, delivering against revenue targets, building relationships with consultants and end users, and managing quotations through CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience within Fire & Security, Electrical or Building Services.
• Strong new business development experience.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems is advantageous.
• Confident presenting solutions to decision makers.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial opportunities across the South West.
• Sell CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Integrated Security solutions.
• Promote maintenance contracts and service agreements.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and end users.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM.
• Deliver against agreed revenue targets.
• Support customers throughout the sales process.
