Major Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager (M&E / Security Solutions) in Northamptonshire, England. Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.

This role aims to grow the market share of an established building security solution. You will sell to existing customers and identify new prospects, building a robust pipeline and devising strategic sales plans to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling security solutions to the M&E contracting market.
• Experience selling alarm systems, controls & automation, telecoms, or specialist equipment.
• Proven ability to generate new business and exceed revenue targets.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities
