Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to lead AI-powered finance technology products that transformarize enterprise financial data into actionable insight. You will define and deliver next-generation capabilities for predictive modelling, trend analysis, risk identification, and anomaly detection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Product Management, leading platform or data products.
• Experience delivering strategic transformation initiatives using data, cloud, analytics, automation, or AI to improve outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success measures for AI-enabled finance technology products.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product and Technology teams to identify high-value problems and translate them into outcomes and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional delivery using modern data, cloud, analytics, and AI to create measurable business value.
• Translate financial data, trends, risks, and opportunities into user-centred products for informed decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across senior business and technology audiences and maintain clear progress communication.
• Monitor product performance using metrics and feedback to improve adoption and time from insight to action.
