Carlisle Support Services is recruiting for security personnel to join our team across prestigious client sites in the UK. You will learn new skills with full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a dynamic security environment.

Your role includes maintaining a visible security presence, managing incidents, controlling access, patrolling, and engaging with the public in a professional manner. The position requires an SIA licence and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional at all times.
• Experience in security or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Able to engage with clients and customers positively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide reassuring security presence.
• Provide a smart, visible, proactive security presence and deterrent.
• Effectively manage conflicts and incidents.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols to deter crime.
• Engage with the public in a proactive, professional manner.
• Be aware of hazards and incidents and respond appropriately.
• Provide guidance and direct customers as a first point of contact.
• Follow safety and security processes and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and build strong working relationships.
