Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks an on-site Security Supervisor to operationally manage Security Officers and reception staff at the Tate site. You will work with the Duty Security Manager to deploy staff and respond to incidents, ensuring service delivery meets KPI standards.

The role requires strong customer service, clear reporting, and teamwork, with relevant SIA and CCTV licences. You will maintain safety and liaise with the client to uphold Mitie’s standards.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer service in security operations.

• Prepare clear verbal and written reports when required.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

• Hold valid SIA DS and CCTV licences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Mitie Tate team on site, including security and reception staff.
• Support the Duty Security Manager in staff deployment and incident handling.
• Walk floors to monitor service delivery and KPI performance.
• Implement operational procedures as requested by Tate and management.
• Ensure safety and security compliance across the site.
• Liaise with client and internal teams; participate in meetings.
• Carry out other duties as required by the Duty Security Manager.
