Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an on-site Security Operations Lead to support the Duty Security Manager and manage a multi-role security team at Tate. You will coordinate staffing, monitor service delivery, and ensure a secure environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires SIA DS licence, CCTV licence, and proven customer service experience in security. You will work with the Head of Safety & Security to uphold company standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in the security industry.
• SIA DS Licence is required.
• CCTV Licence is required.
• First Aid training is preferred.
• Good presentation and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Duty Security Manager in all aspects of the Tate Service.
• Manage the Tate security team, including Security Officers and Reception Staff.
• Ensure compliance with KPI and H&S requirements.
• Lead on incident response and reporting to the Head of Safety & Security.
