Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Security Manager for its Security Operations Centre (SOC) to lead transformation and change in cyber defence capabilities. You will grow a high-performing team of analysts and align outcomes with Tesco’s priorities, enabling responsible AI adoption to deliver modern, customer-first security.

Role reports to the SOC Manager within Investigation & Incident Response. You will drive the roadmap, maintain resilience, and collaborate across Cyber Defence, Technology, and Business
