Tesco Stores Limited invites applications for a Senior Security Engineer in our Innovation Engineering group. You will pioneer AI-driven security capabilities, build production-grade solutions, and reduce risk across a retail ecosystem serving millions.

You will lead, prototype, and operationalise capabilities while setting engineering standards and guiding multiple security and technology teams with a customer-first approach.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated expertise in applying AI for cyber defence and translating use cases into engineering work.
• Ability to design, review and refine AI-enabled systems while maintaining security and operability.
• Strong understanding of technical security architecture and risk-aware design decisions.
• Proven production-grade tooling, automation, and secure engineering hygiene.
• Experience with secure, test-driven development and disciplined change control.
• Experience evaluating security solutions against operational conditions.
• Knowledge of telemetry, detection/response tooling, and automation ecosystems.
