Job summary

RES Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an O&M Security Coordinator to support the O&M Specialist Team with security upgrades and contractual compliance across their portfolio. You will help manage security service provisions, organise maintenance activities and handle administrative duties.

The role involves coordinating maintenance of security devices, preparing quotations, liaising with subcontractors, generating reports, and supporting field staff with site visits in the UK.

Qualifications

• Coordination or administrative background is desirable.
• Experience with maintenance procedures or operational assets is desirable.
• Experience with security systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks for security systems.
• Prepare quotations to repair, renew or upgrade deficiencies identified.
• Liaise with sub-contractors for delivery of security repairs and upgrades.
• Raise purchase orders and track invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Produce and analyse maintenance reports and contract status.
• Support O&M field staff with site visits in the UK.
