Job summary

RES is seeking an entry-level Site Operations Assistant to support daily operations across wind, solar and storage sites in England, Wales. The role involves home working with travel to assets, inspections, and assisting the Hub Operations Manager to maintain safety, quality, and contractual standards.

You will develop skills in asset management, regulatory compliance andSite Operations, with training provided as competencies are achieved.

Qualifications

• Basic Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
• Capable communicator, written and verbal.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operations and maintenance tasks at renewable assets.
• Assist Hub Operations Manager to meet contractual obligations.
• Travel to site locations and support with inspections and contractor coordination.
• Follow site rules and safety procedures at all times.
• Provide first response to site issues and support on emergencies.
