Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant security professional to protect client sites in accordance with published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and updates. You will work on-site to meet KPIs and SLAs, comply with UK law and health & safety standards, and renew your SIA front-line licence as required.

On-site duties include following procedures, reporting incidents, and maintaining detailed records. A proactive, methodical approach will support site safety and client retention.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA licence is required (front-line) and to be renewed before expiry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results that meet/exceed KPIs and SLAs on site.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legal/regulatory requirements.
• Complete tasks on site as defined in Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Review AI's and propose amendments to improve service.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety obligations and licensing requirements.
• Follow instructions and procedures; work in a systematic, orderly way.
