Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a security officer to protect our customer's property by delivering security services in line with site Assignment Instructions and KPI targets.

You will be aligned with the client’s security expectations and required to maintain high professional standards on site. You will hold an SIA Licence for front-line duties, comply with UK law and guidance, undertake mandatory training, and report hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required for front-line security work.
• Experience in security roles preferred.
• Ability to follow site Assignment Instructions (AI's) and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by delivering security services per site AI's and changes.
• Meet or exceed KPI / SLA targets and contribute to contract retention.
• Undertake ongoing training to support self-development and licencing requirements.
