Job summary

GMS is recruiting for an armed forces Covenant employer security role to support the launch of a Jaguar Land Rover flagship store in Knightsbridge, London. You will deliver premium front-of-house security and exceptional customer service for a high-profile luxury environment.

The role requires an SIA licence, 2 years' security experience, and strong presentation, with training provided ahead of the store opening.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• 2 years' security experience (required).
• Current Level 3 First Aid at Work (3-Day) qualification (preferred).
• Experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality or high-end environments.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional appearance.
• Confident engaging with VIP customers and senior stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure with sound decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers with confidence and enthusiasm.

How we reward you
