Join M&S as a Security Officer, where you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and secure environment for our customers and colleagues. • Being digitally confident is essential. You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.
• Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
• Flexibility is vital. Retail moves fast and every day is different. You'll adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed.
• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
