Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Security Officer for Tesco DC Greenford Business Park. Based on site, you will safeguard people, property and assets while delivering a professional, friendly service to employees and visitors, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, the right to work in the UK, and prior security experience. You will work variable shifts across days, nights and weekends, maintaining high standards of customer service and adherence

Qualifications

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK and pass BS7858 vetting.
• Valid SIA Licence is required.
• Previous experience in a security role is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of buildings, personnel, and visitors across the site.
• Act as a first point of contact, delivering a professional, friendly and helpful service.
• Monitor fire, security and building management systems, responding appropriately to incidents.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and report hazards or defects.
• Control access points, barriers and support traffic management across the site.
• Carry out regular patrols and ensure security procedures are followed.
