Kingdom Group, at Sanctuary SSL Moorland, is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, visitors and property. You will patrol, control access, monitor incidents and document events.

The role requires an SIA licence, strong communication, calmness under pressure and reliable report writing. 38.5 hours per week, nights 21:00–08:00, shift pattern 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday. Contributory pension and ongoing development available.

Formación

• SIA Security Licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable and confident in dealing with a variety of situations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and good report-writing skills.
• Previous security experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full five-year checkable employment history required.

Responsabilidades

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Days: Monday to Sunday
Shift Times: 21:00 - 08:00

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, visitors, and property. Duties include carrying out regular patrols, controlling access and egress to the site, monitoring and responding to security incidents, completing accurate reports and documentation, conducting health and safety checks, and providing a professional and visible security presence at all times. You will also assist with emergency procedures and ensure site policies and procedures are adhered to.
