Position Summary

Mitie is currently recruiting experienced Security Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and asset protection while maintaining a visible security presence that mitigates disruptive behavior, ensuring a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver industry leading customer service standards
  • Establish and maintain a secure environment free from criminal activity and associated concerns for customers and colleagues
  • Effectively address disruptive behavior and establish professional relationships with relevant individuals
  • Interact with members of the public in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Assist visitors and the public with inquiries courteously and efficiently, demonstrating superior customer service
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and crime reduction partnerships to minimize in-store incidents
  • Utilise Body Worn CCTV equipment to enhance crime prevention efforts and promote colleague and customer safety
Requirements
  • Valid SIA licence is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Security Services, Military, or Law Enforcement.
  • Vetting Process: Candidates must provide a complete 5-year verifiable employment/education history. Incomplete history may result in withdrawal of offer or termination of employment.
