Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in the UK is seeking a Security Mobile Team Leader to support contract delivery across Northamptonshire, Peterborough, Leicestershire and Coventry. The role pays £15.94 per hour for a 42-hour week with weekend work required and covers multiple locations.

You will train security officers, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, deputise for the Operations Manager when needed, and maintain Mitie’s standards of service, safety and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the contract through training and colleague development and supporting the client’s security strategy.
• Support the Operations Manager in managing performance and ensuring officers are trained to high standards in line with SLAs & KPIs.
• Deputise during unplanned absence of the Operations Manager until a buddy takes over.
• Maintain operational performance and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI targets.
• Promote Mitie brand by providing industry leading security services and timely reporting of crime-related tasks.
• Deliver training, coaching and performance management for officers; ensure proper uniform standards.
