Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Peterborough/Corby is seeking a dedicated relief officer to protect the client’s property, people and assets and to deliver security services in line with the site’s AI’s and changes.

The role requires frontline SIA licensing, the ability to work rotating day and night shifts, and strict compliance with UK law and industry guidelines. Ongoing training, licence renewals, and Mitie benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Frontline security experience and SIA licence required.
• Must be able to cover day and night shifts across a 12-hour shift pattern.
• Candidate should be compliant with UK law and security industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets in line with site AI's and client requirements.
• Deliver security services to meet KPIs and SLAs and contribute to contract retention.
• Complete required training and renew licences ahead of expiry.
• Maintain incident records and communicate effectively with the client and internal teams.
• Follow all policies, procedures and legal/regulatory requirements on site.
