Job summary

MBDA is seeking a proactive Facility Co-Ordinator to support Security Engineering, Project and Product teams, Facilities and external authorities. The role ensures the smooth day-to-day effectiveness of Special Activity Facilities across the MBDA UK Estate in a hybrid on-site environment.

You will manage the workload forecast, coordinate access and ensure procedures comply with security standards, while liaising with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to maintain high standards and

Qualifications

• Organised and adaptable in running workplace operations and facilities services.
• Co-ordinating facilities administration with stakeholders to maintain high standards.
• Responding to facilities queries with discretion and efficiency.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, reactive, and able to solve problems under pressure.
• Experience with secure environments and access management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation, maintenance and operation of Special Activity Facilities.
• Maintain workload forecast aligned with Future Portfolio plans.
• Policing local procedures and liaising with teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Administer and maintain security furniture, assets and emergency procedures.
• Provide resilience across sites and safeguard confidentiality and availability.
