Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems seeks a proactive Facility Co-Ordinator to support Security Engineering and project teams, ensuring secure delivery across the UK estate. You will drive day-to-day facilities operations, governance and coordination with internal teams and external authorities.

The role operates in a dynamic defence setting, requiring vigilance with security requirements, safety, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining efficient facilities support and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Organised and adaptable to assist with ongoing workplace operations and facilities services.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to respond to facilities queries and resolve issues discretely.
• Proactive, able to problem solve and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and professionalism in MBDA environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation, maintenance and operation of Special Activity Facilities.
• Maintain workload forecast aligned with UK portfolio plans.
• Policing local operating procedures and liaising with custodians and users.
• Administer security furniture, ongoing certifications and emergency procedures.
• Provide resilience across sites to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability.
