Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Project Security Manager to own and drive dedicated project security activities within the Security Engineering Department. The role requires liaison with senior stakeholders, customers and internal teams, ensuring robust security across the product life cycle and export campaigns.

The position offers hybrid working with on-site requirements and an opportunity to shape a new dedicated security domain within MBDA UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in security engineering and project security across complex programmes.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and export campaigns.
• Understanding of risk-balanced security processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Security Grading Guide: internal/external agreement and updates.
• Manage export approvals and MoD paperwork for information releases.
• Coordinate Secure Hardware Register responses and act as Project Security representative.
• Liaise with Security Operations and MoD Customer Team on security matters.
• Produce the Project Security Plan and track progress against it.
• Share best practice and lessons learned across projects.
