MBDA UK is seeking a proactive Facility Co-Ordinator to support Security Engineering and related teams across the MBDA UK Estate. The role focuses on coordinating Special Activity Facilities, maintaining security furniture, and ensuring compliant operations.

You will maintain workload forecasts, liaise with project teams, contractors and stakeholders, and ensure access procedures are followed while protecting sensitive information in a secure environment.

• Organised and adaptable to assist with ongoing workplace operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating facilities administration and services.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate allocation, maintenance and operation of Special Activity Facilities.
• Keep Custodians and Users informed on procedures and security restrictions.
• Ensure facilities meet business needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Provide resilience across all sites and manage risk to protect confidentiality and availability.
