Aikido Security is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer for the UK to act as a crucial bridge between customers and our platform. You will drive adoption, ensure value realization, and protect against churn while solving challenges customers face.

You will engage with at-risk accounts, deliver training, and collaborate with product teams to translate feedback into improvements. This role offers strong ownership, equity, and a fast-growing path in a security-first developer environment.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a "get stuff done".
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn and protect value.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Debug and resolve workflow issues that arise for customers.
• Lead onboarding and deployment for new clients.
• Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
• Share customer insights with the product team.
