Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Project Security Manager to own and coordinate all Project Security activities across a product line, ensuring robust security strategies and compliance with export controls. You will work within the Security Engineering Department, interfacing with senior stakeholders and external MOd customers.

The role offers hybrid working with 3–4 days on-site, salary around £60,000 depending on experience, and a potential company bonus. Security clearance to DV/SC may be considered.

Qualifications

• Able to listen to, evaluate and resolve technical and process-driven issues while upholding MBDA's reputation.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with careful attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Product or Systems Security is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Project Security Grading Guide(s) and maintain documentation.
• Lead Project Release Approvals and MoD export paperwork coordination.
• Coordinate Project Security Equipment management and central registers.
• Act as the Project Security Representative under Company Process and liaise with Security Operations and MoD teams.
• Coordinate cross-project security activities and share best practice across projects.
