Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, scheduling, or security administration is helpful and training is provided.
• Confident with computers and quick to learn scheduling and ticketing platforms.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to work with operations managers and field personnel.
• Organised, able to multitask and focused on accuracy.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and be flexible.
• Trustworthy with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Manager with investigations, call monitoring, and performance reviews.
• Arrange security guard coverage and liaise with regional operations managers to meet site needs.
• Create and update shift rosters using scheduling software; adapt to changes quickly.
• Log tasks, incidents and welfare checks in the digital portal; assign responsibilities and follow up.
• Conduct welfare check-ins with sites and officers; escalate issues when needed.
• Receive and document incident reports; prepare clear reports for management and clients.
• Maintain effective communication with officers, sites, supervisors, and regional managers.
• Keep thorough, compliant records of activities and review for accuracy.
