Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors promptly using correct protocols.
• Manage day-to-day building operations and reception areas.
• Answer telephones promptly and transfer or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management team and staff.
• Control visitor parking and ensure correct bays are used.
