Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Team Leader to join our on-site security team for a key client. You’ll head the security team, ensuring daily duties are carried out to meet client expectations and uphold safety standards.

You will monitor standards, respond to emergencies, conduct daily audits and device tests, and coordinate with security managers and facilities teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Good level of spoken and written English expected.
• Able to lead and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain security standards as per client procedures.
• Head up the security team to ensure duties are delivered across the site.
• Embrace the One Team ethos when coordinating with facilities security managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
