Job summary

Amulet is seeking an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Operator to monitor and respond to security events across a multi-site estate. You will triage alerts, coordinate with police, fire and responders, and maintain detailed incident records under tight protocols.

The role demands technical confidence, calm judgment under pressure, and precise communication across teams. A stable, fast-paced environment with on-site shifts and advancement opportunities awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ARC/SOC/GSOC or similar command-and-control environment.
• Ability to interpret CCTV visuals and security dashboards.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for cross-functional escalation.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute real-time monitoring of security, safety and building-management systems across multiple sites.
• Triage alerts, alarms and escalation requests following playbooks and incident protocols.
• Coordinate rapid escalations to security, facilities, crisis management or external emergency services as needed.
• Maintain logs and write timely, accurate incident records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support central command-and-control operations during elevated threat scenarios or crises.
• Validate system health and flag anomalies for maintenance teams.
