Job summary

Flourish partners with a technology-led safety services organisation in Epsom to recruit an ARC Response Controller. The role manages incoming alarm activations in a fast-paced Alarm Receiving Centre, coordinating responses and liaising with emergency services when needed.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, with a strong emphasis on accurate records, excellent communication, and calm performance under pressure within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to lone worker alarm activations, ensuring service levels are met.
• Assess and verify incidents to determine appropriate response and escalation.
• Contact users and listed contacts to gather information.
• Liaise with emergency services when required with clear details.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, actions and outcomes.
• Ensure incidents follow procedures and compliance requirements.
• Identify and report issues with customer information, systems, or processes.
• Support smooth ARC operations and high standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer experience.
