Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking an SC cleared Logistics Co-Ordinator to provide timely support for joiners, leavers and break-fix swap requests, and to assist with general warehouse activity.

The role involves managing service tickets within ITSM to SLAs, updating customer systems, processing joiners/leavers, updating CMDB, and coordinating device pre-provisioning and deliveries. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing service tickets within ITSM and meeting SLAs.
• Update customer systems to align platforms.
• Process joiners, leavers and break-fix requests promptly for next business day delivery.
• Move stock items and update CMDB continuously.
• Coordinate Autopilot pre-provisioning before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets within customer ITSM and adhere to SLA targets.
• Update customer systems to ensure alignment across platforms.
• Process joiners, leavers, and break-fix requests promptly for next-day delivery.
• Move stock in/out and keep CMDB up to date.
• Trigger Autopilot pre-provisioning before shipment and schedule deliveries/collections.
• Maintain tracking/info in tickets and assist with warehouse tasks during quiet periods.
