Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Requirements Manager to join the Defence Programme Performance team. You will oversee requirements capture, validation, and governance across UK programmes including nuclear and regulated sectors, working with a 50+ team regionally.

Role involves on-site or office work up to 60% of the time, with hybrid arrangements. Experience in Defence or regulated environments and familiarity with DOORs and advanced Excel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Industry experience within a project/programme environment in the Defence, regulated sectors.
• Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive Requirements management across portfolios.
• Familiarity with Requirements Management Software such as DOORs and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify benefits and opportunities through Requirements workshops and validate key stakeholder requirements.
• Develop robust requirements to support future strategic capabilities across programmes.
• Maintain up-to-date Requirements registers and present fit-for-purpose documents for governance.
• Engage with project managers, clients, and senior leadership to align validation of key requirements.
• Produce management plans and lead training to promote proactive requirements culture.
• Occasional client-site work up to 60% of time with hybrid working flexibility.
