Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Requirements Manager to join the Defence Programme Performance team. You will support UK clients across nuclear and regulated projects, owning requirements capture, validation and documentation. Expect up to 60% site/office attendance with hybrid arrangements.

You’ll bring defence experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and know-how in DOORs and advanced Excel to drive robust requirement strategies across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence, regulated sectors or similar complex environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement end-to-end requirements management.
• Familiar with requirements capture, verification and portfolio alignment.

Responsibilities

• Capture, assess and validate stakeholder requirements to shape programme scope.
• Develop robust requirements and maintain registers for multiple projects.
• Produce fit-for-purpose requirements documents aligned to industry standards.
• Lead workshops and training to raise a proactive requirements culture.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients and senior leadership on validation.
