Job summary

You’ll join a team delivering complex, regulated projects with flexibility through hybrid working and a focus on performance in defence and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence or regulated project environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive requirements management across portfolios, programmes, and projects.
• Knowledge of requirements capture and stakeholder validation.
• Proficiency with project management and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Capture and assess requirements, validate stakeholder needs.
• Develop robust requirements to support future capabilities.
• Maintain and publish requirements registers and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients and leadership.
• Lead requirements workshops and training.
