Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Requirements Manager to join the Defence Programme Performance team in the UK, including Nuclear projects. The role involves on-site and office work across multiple projects with travel up to 60% to client sites or Turner & Townsend offices.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Defence or regulated environments, plus expertise in requirements capture and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Defence or regulated project environment.
• Proven ability to capture, document and manage requirements across portfolios.
• Familiarity with life cycles in Defence, Rail, Infrastructure, or Digital/AI sectors.

Responsibilities

• Capture and assess requirements to identify benefits and opportunities.
• Develop robust requirements and maintain registers across projects.
• Produce fit-for-purpose requirement documents for infrastructure processes.
• Engage with project managers, clients and leadership to validate key requirements.
• Create management plans across multiple projects ensuring alignment to standards.
• Lead workshops to promote proactive requirements management.
