You will sit at the heart of the business, working side-by-side with product, engineering, and technology leaders to ensure security is built in from the ground up—empowering teams to move fast while staying secure. This role sits across Security Partnering, Security Culture & Awareness, AI Governance, and is based in the UK

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior security role across a broad range of domains.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of secure development practices and cloud environments.
• Experience embedding security into engineering workflows (DevSecOps/SSDLC).
• Awareness of frontier AI cyber capabilities and governance frameworks.
